We apply a wide range of high quality coatings to the parts we mould.

These coatings include colour matched two pack paints with spatter or textured finish and also soft feel paints like Nextel and Alexit.

Metallics are a speciality - both smooth and textured.

EMI/RFI Shielding
Mouldings are also coated with EMI/RFI shielding using a variety of products from Electrodag and Trimite

Masking
We can handle complete masking either by hand or using computer cut vinyl. We also manufacture metal paint masks where required

Assembly & Packing Many customer's ask us to supply a complete sub assembly consisting of not just the moulded part or parts but also complete assemblies containing windows, buttons, light pipes, labels, threaded inserts, emc gaskets etc. Along with superb quality finishes, sub assembly of parts we round of the complete service with brilliant packaging for safe shipment around the world using bubble wrap, cellair and tissue protection for individual parts. Triple wall palletised cartons are used for bulk shipment. These can be labelled and bar coded to customer requirements.
